Notification of acceptance on-site at the conference on Monday 28th September 2015
The Technical Programme Committee encourages submission of original, unpublished, clear, accurate and relevant papers in any of the topic areas listed in the Technical Scope page. Authors should submit their papers via the online submission system by the deadline 15th September 2015, 23:59 CEST. Templates are available online here. Authors must agree to the copyright conditions available as part of the online submission process.
All papers will be peer reviewed by the Technical Programme Committee, which reserves the right to accept or reject any paper.
For the first time, and sponsored by Nature Photonics, ECOC will present an award to the best PDP, which includes a one-year free subscription to the journal.
The accepted papers will be published as part of the Technical Digest, complete with ISBN reference number and available to all conference delegates. After the conference, the accepted papers will be referenced on widely-distributed scientific databases and will be able to be downloaded from there.
Accepted papers will be invited to publish an extended version of their work into a special issue of IEEE/OSA Journal of Lightwave Technology after the conference.
TOPICAL AREAS (ECOC 2015)
The submitted work must be categorised in one of the seven topic areas listed in the Technical Scope. The Technical Programme Committee encourages authors to carefully read the new descriptions for ECOC 2015 when allocating their work into one of these areas, and informs them that it may use its right to relocate any paper in a more relevant area.
