VISA LETTER REQUESTS

Participants are requested to familiarise themselves with visa requierements well in advance of the conference. The present worldwide security regulations result in generally more stringent visa requirements and associated visa processing time.

The ECOC 2015 organisers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant. However, if you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, please contact the Conference Management at Viajes El Corte Inglés and provide following information by email to ecoc2015@viajeseci.es:

• Full name
• Complete mailing address (including phone and fax numbers)
• Passport informaton : Number / Place and Data of issue / Expiry Date
• Date of birth

Please request it well in advance of when you expect to need it.

Visa letters will only be issued to delegates who have paid a conference registration to attend ECOC 2015.

Invitation letters will be sent by email.
